POSITIONSÜBERSICHT

Als Sales Engineer (w/m/d) Industrial Automation verbinden Sie strategisches Kundenmanagement mit aktivem Business Development.

Neben dem Ausbau bestehender Key Accounts identifizieren, entwickeln und gewinnen Sie aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Gebiet. Ihre Abschlussstärke zahlt sich bei uns aus!

Standort: Deutschland, Berlin/Brandenburg/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, remote/field-based.

Reisetätigkeit: Durchschnittlich 4 Tage pro Woche mit Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Übernachtungen

AUFGABEN:

· Neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizieren und gewinnen.

· Enge Zusammenarbeit und Weiterentwicklung unserer Key Accounts

· Strategische Wachstumsstrategien mit unserem Netzwerk entwickeln.

· Umsetzung unsere Pricing-Strategie

· Regelmäßige Business Reviews durchführen.

· Preise, Verträge und Verhandlungen verantworten.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

· Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – stark ausgeprägter, technischer Background und die Fähigkeit mit Ingenieuren auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.

· Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Key Account Management oder Business Development – idealerweise im Automatisierungsumfeld.

· Abschlussstärke, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick.

· Proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
