Role Overview:

The Information Technology Trainee supports in administrative process in the IT area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Yubikeys for employee access to the Success Factors system
  • Deliver Yubikeys letters to employees.
  • Documenting Yubikeys Inventory.
  • Escalate issues in the 24H2 version installation
  • Support users to install Windows version 24H2
  • Support in the installation of PC images.

Critical Competencies for Success

  • Still Studing the Business Administration Degree, International Business degree or similar
  • 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th semester (a must)
  • intermediate english level (desirable)
  • Microsoft (word, power point, excel) skills
  • Availability from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday thru Friday.
  • If you are recently gratuated and desire to apply for this position you must have private or public medical insurance for at least 1 year.
