Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, sales, product management, and leadership teams.
  • Build strong relationships with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and cross-functional discussions to drive accountability and progress.
  • Communicate project status, risks, achievements, and escalation needs to the China Leadership Team and global stakeholders.

APQP & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to IMI project management standards, governance requirements, and APQP processes.
  • Prepare and lead APQP Gate Reviews and sign-off presentations from Gate 1 through Gate 7.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project records, folders, lessons learned, and project archives in accordance with company standards.

  • Develop robust business cases for new product development, localization, capital investment, and growth initiatives, including financial modeling, ROI, payback period, and strategic justification.
  • Prepare and present project investment proposals for management review and approval.
  • Establish project budgets and CAPEX forecasts, ensuring alignment with approved business cases.
  • Monitor project costs, capital expenditure, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage financial risks, variances, and potential impacts to project profitability and investment returns.
  • Track and report actual project results against approved business case assumptions, including revenue, margin, payback, and ROI metrics.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure projects deliver the expected financial and business outcomes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, governance, and team effectiveness.
  • Capture and share lessons learned to improve future project execution and organizational knowledge.
  • Support the development of a strong project management culture across the Life Science organisation.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support strategic business initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with business and organizational needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline from a recognised university.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
