Descripción general de la función

El/la paracticante de Ventas apoyará la actualización y estandarización de la lista de precios 2026 para las familias FRLs, Válvulas y Cilindros (portafolio aproximado de 18,000 ítems), como parte del Proyecto Strategic Pricing – Mexico. Su misión es contribuir a restablecer el SLA de cotizaciones <48 horas (excluyendo productos especiales) y mejorar la experiencia del cliente mediante datos confiables y tiempos de respuesta más ágiles.

En el día a día del practicante será depurar y actualizar precios y lead times en el ERP, validará márgenes y reglas contra las listas vigentes, documentará cambios con trazabilidad (bitácoras y evidencias) y dará soporte al procesamiento de RFQs para habilitar el cumplimiento del SLA. También realizará controles de calidad (QA) de cargas masivas, elaborará reportes de avance semanales y colaborará estrechamente con Pricing, Servicio al Cliente, Ventas y Finanzas para resolver brechas en listas y costeo que impactan la competitividad y la ejecución comercial.

Ambiente laboral:

Híbrido, con actividades presenciales en planta en Querétaro según proyectos, sesiones de contenido y coordinación con equipos internos.

Responsabilidades clave

· Depurar y actualizar datos de precios y lead times en el ERP para las familias asignadas (FRLs, Válvulas, Cilindros), siguiendo criterios acordados con Pricing y Finanzas.

· Validar márgenes, reglas y referencias contra la lista 2025 y la actualización 2026 para asegurar consistencia y competitividad.

· Estandarizar y documentar cambios (bitácora de ítems, reglas aplicadas, evidencias) para auditoría y trazabilidad.

· Apoyar el procesamiento de RFQs, preparando insumos de cotización que habiliten el cumplimiento del SLA <48 h (excluye especiales/custom).

Competencias críticas para el éxito

· Escolaridad: estudiante activo/a de Administración, Comercio/Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial (o afín).

· Conocimiento de Microsoft Office.

· Conocimiento de ERP.

· Comunicación y trabajo colaborativo con diferentes áreas comerciales y de soporte.

· Inglés: intermedio deseable.
