Die Stelle in unserem kleinen IT\-Team bietet eine weite, vielfältige und sehr interessante Bandbreite an Herausforderungen im Bereich ICT und erfordert ein breites Spektrum an Fähigkeiten und Kenntnissen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Digitalisierung \& Projektmanagement:

* Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von IT\-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, sowie externen IT\-Beratern oder Systemintegratoren

* Fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen den verschiedenen internen Abteilungen um die IT\-Lösungen an die Geschäftsanforderungen anzupassen und gewährleistet einen reibungslosen Ablauf der IT\-Projekte

Web \& Tools:

* Betreuung, Abstimmung und Weiterentwicklung unserer webbasierten Tools (Webseiten, Kongress\-App, Newsletter\-Tool etc.) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Partnern

Technologiemanagement: (In Zusammenarbeit mit dem «IT System Administrator»):

* Auswahl, Implementierung und Wartung von IT\-Systemen und \-Infrastrukturen

* Sicherstellung der IT\-Sicherheit und des Datenschutzes

* Unterstützung und Begleitung der technischen Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer medizinischen Kongresse vor Ort

Operativer Betrieb:

* Unterstützung des IT System Administrators zur Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs

* Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Support \& Applikationsmanagement

Was Du mitbringst:

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
  • Verständnis für moderne IT\-Landschaften und Freude daran, Prozesse zu digitalisieren
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Microsoft 365\-Produktpalette
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in dem Bereich IT\-Infrastruktur (Hardware, Software, Netzwerke und Sicherheit)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Apple Produktpalette (unsere Hauptplattform) Erfahrung oder Interesse an Content\-Management\-Systemen (TYPO3, Contao u.a.) von Vorteil
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und
  • Freude am Kunden\- und Teamkontakt
