Zur Verstärkung unseres IT Support Bereiches suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Informatiker/in 80 % \- 100 % =============================

Zusammen mit dem Leiter ICT stellst Du sicher, dass die Hard\- und Software sowie das Netzwerk zuverlässig funktionieren und aufeinander abgestimmt sind. Du kannst IT\-Problemanfragen von Anwender/innen rasch und effizient lösen und unterstützt auch IT\-Projekte für die gesamte Institution.

Deine Aufgaben

  • 1st\- und 2nd Level Support für IT\-Anfragen der Anwender/innen
  • Installation und Unterhalt von Hard\- \& Software
  • Einrichtung und Pflege der Microsoft Umgebung (Active Directory, Office 365, M365\)
  • Einrichtung und Pflege von lokalen Netzkomponenten
  • Betrieb und Unterhalt der Telefonie\- und Alarmierungslösungen
  • Unterstützung bei IT\-Projekten und Digitalisierung
  • Instruktion und Schulung der Anwender/innen und Erstellen von Dokumentationen und Checklisten

Du

  • hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vertiefte Weiterbildungen im IT\-Bereich (mindestens als Informatiker EFZ in Plattformentwicklung)
  • verfügst über ein breites Informatikwissen im Microsoft Systemumfeld
  • bist sicher im Umgang mit technischen Systemen und Windows Betriebssystemen, Microsoft Office Produkten und Standardsoftware
  • hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Server, Active Directory und Exchange Server
  • hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem Umfeld mit Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
