The posting

Als Preventieadviseur maak je deel uit van de SHEQ-afdeling en ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen op het vlak van veiligheid, welzijn en milieu. Je volgt de relevante wetgeving op en vertaalt die naar duidelijke richtlijnen en acties op de werkvloer.

Het takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opvolgen en implementeren van wet- en regelgeving rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu.
  • Toezien op de correcte naleving van de geldende voorschriften binnen de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Het jaaractieplan en globaal preventieplan mee opstellen en opvolgen.
  • Contacten onderhouden met keuringsinstanties, de arbeidsgeneeskundige dienst en externe preventiediensten.
  • Medewerkers en leidinggevenden begeleiden en coachen rond veilig werken in een productieomgeving.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe vragen rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses.
  • De nodige registraties, verslagen en wettelijke rapporteringen correct bijhouden.
  • Nauw samenwerken met leidinggevenden, medewerkers en andere preventiemedewerkers binnen de organisatie.
  • Kennis rond preventie en wetgeving actueel houden via opleidingen en seminaries.

De functie wordt voornamelijk uitgeoefend op de sites in Gent en Hamme.

Onze klant zoekt een professional die technische expertise combineert met een praktische blik op veiligheid.

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting is vereist.
  • Je beschikt over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Ervaring in veiligheid en milieu is een must.
  • Kennis van managementsystemen zoals VCA**, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en/of ISO 45001 is vereist.
  • Je communiceert sterk en motiveert collega's om veilig te werken.
  • Toegankelijkheid, volwassenheid en overtuigingskracht kenmerken jouw aanpak.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werk je efficiënt.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels op een goed niveau.
  • Een rijbewijs B is vereist.
