Takenpakket Technisch Operator

  • Werken in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving binnen een tweeploegensysteem
  • Opstarten, instellen en bedienen van afvul- en verpakkingsmachines
  • Bewaken van het productieproces en zorgen voor een efficiënte werking
  • Controleren van verschillende processtappen volgens kwaliteitsnormen
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van productwissels en ombouwen van machines
  • Beperken van stilstanden door snel en efficiënt in te grijpen
  • Reinigen van installaties en werkposten volgens de geldende procedures
  • Naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om productieprocessen te optimaliseren
  • Ondersteunen en opleiden van startende operatoren
  • Toezien op netheid en voedselveiligheid binnen de productieomgeving
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen en technische problemen aan de verantwoordelijke
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces
  • Zorg dragen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkomgeving

Profiel Technisch Operator

  • Een technische achtergrond, zoals een A2-diploma of relevante ervaring in het veld, is vereist.
  • Ervaring als technische operator in een productieomgeving is een vereiste.
  • Klein technisch onderhoud voer je zelfstandig uit.
  • Werken in een tweeploegensysteem is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Bij technische storingen reageer je snel en doeltreffend.
  • Oplossingen vinden en resultaten behalen: dat kenmerkt jouw aanpak.
  • Technisch inzicht en verantwoordelijkheid nemen zijn essentieel in deze rol.
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften volg je nauwgezet op.
  • Orde, netheid en hygiëne zijn voor jou een prioriteit.
  • Je hanteert de regels van de voedingsmiddelenindustrie correct.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s in een productieomgeving gaat je goed af.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn zijn belangrijk voor jou.
