Ben jij een technisch talent met ervaring in een productieomgeving? Dan hebben we een uitdagende functie voor jou. Als technisch operator werk je mee aan het draaiende houden van geautomatiseerde productielijnen en draag je een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid in het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten tijdig en correct worden beleverd met kwaliteitsvolle producten.

Jobomschrijving

Als technisch operator ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces aan jouw productielijn. Je leert de machines door en door kennen en zorgt voor een vlotte werking.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

  • Instellen, ombouwen en bijregelen van machines
  • Bestellen en klaarzetten van grondstoffen
  • Productielijnen draaiende houden
  • Kleine technische storingen oplossen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles
  • Bedienen van de volledige productielijn
  • Inpakken van producten en plaatsen op pallets
  • Vooruitdenken over voorbereidingen voor de volgende productielijn
  • Op termijn: herstellingen en (preventief) onderhoud uitvoeren

We zoeken iemand met een sterke technische interesse en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

We verwachten dat jij:

  • Zelfstandig en procesmatig kan werken
  • Technisch inzicht hebt (opleiding elektriciteit/mechanica is een groot pluspunt)
  • Ervaring hebt in een soortgelijke functie óf bereid bent dit te leren
  • Kwaliteitsbewust en nauwkeurig werkt
  • Positief communiceert en bijdraagt aan een aangename werksfeer
  • De Nederlandse taal beheerst (veiligheid & communicatie)
  • Bereid bent om in 2-ploegen te werken:06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 Vrijdag: 06:00–12:00 / 12:00–18:00
