Als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de werkplaats. Je stuurt een team van ongeveer zes techniekers aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden efficiënt, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast blijf je zelf actief betrokken op de werkvloer en ondersteun je het team bij technische uitdagingen.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de werkplaats.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team techniekers.
  • Plannen en bewaken van de voortgang van ombouwprojecten.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden en meedenken over oplossingen bij complexe vraagstukken.
  • Meewerken aan de productie, herstellingen en onderhoudswerken van voertuigen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de werkvoorbereiding en verkoop voor een vlotte projectopvolging.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de werkplaats.
  • Uitvoeren van eindcontroles zodat elk voertuig perfect wordt afgeleverd aan de klant.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke professional die leidinggeven kan combineren met een hands-on mentaliteit.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor Autotechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de automotive sector.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende in een technische omgeving is een grote troef.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om een team positief te begeleiden.
  • Oplossingsgerichte instelling met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een basiskennis Frans.
  • Technisch inzicht en passie voor voertuigen en innovatie.
