Realizar fechamento do turno diário, quadros, boletins, cadernos e apontamentos.. Zelar pela execução de programas de qualidade, como BPF e 5S, através de seus preparadores, trainee´s, operadores e auxiliares.. Conduzir feedback´s periódicos com os colaboradores de sua área. Responder SACP´S direcionadas ao seu turno. Levantar necessidades de treinamento técnico ou comportamentais. Avaliar o desempenho de seus subordinados.. Confeccionar relatórios de controle e apresentação na reunião mensal. Coordenar a pratica de programas de melhorias..
