Als Accounting Consultant für WEG- und Mietbuchhaltung (m/w/d) bist du die fachliche Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund:innen und der Impower Plattform. Du begleitest Hausverwaltungen vom ersten Kennenlernen bis zur erfolgreichen Nutzung der Software und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen Impower nicht nur verstehen, sondern mit Begeisterung einsetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Schulung und fachliche Betreuung unserer Kund:innen im Bereich Immobilienbuchhaltung (WEG & MV)
  • Durchführung von Onboardings – vom ersten Login bis zum produktiven Einsatz
  • Experten-Sprechstunden und individuelle Beratung zu buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungs- und Onboarding Materialien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Produkt und Support Team, um Rückmeldungen aus der Praxis in die Produktentwicklung einzubringen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder steuerfachliche Ausbildung – idealerweise mit wirtschaftlichem Studium oder IHK-Zertifizierung nach §26a WEG
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung für Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG) und Mietverwaltungen (MV)
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in buchhalterischen Abläufen und rechtlichen Grundlagen
  • Freude daran, Wissen zu vermitteln - in Schulungen, Onboardings und Kundengesprächen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Offenheit für digitale Lösungen in der Immobilienverwaltung
  • Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Team
