Während viele andere Bereiche längst technologisch automatisiert wurden, steckt hier noch viel ungenutzte Effizienz, und genau dadurch entstehen sichtbare Erfolgserlebnisse: Jede Demo und jedes reaktivierte Gespräch zeigt Kund:innen sofort einen echten Mehrwert.

Für diese Rolle suchen wir einen Sales Development Representative, der aktiv auf Menschen zugeht, Leads wiederbelebt und potenziellen Kund:innen zeigt, wie Impower ihren Arbeitsalltag konkret einfacher machen kann.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Reaktivierung von warmen Leads, die bereits Interesse gezeigt, aber den Prozess nicht abgeschlossen haben
  • Nachtelefonieren von Webinar-Leads und anderen inaktiven Kontakten
  • Identifikation und Ansprache neuer potenzieller Kund:innen durch gezielte Kaltakquise
  • Qualifizierung der Kundenbedürfnisse und Einschätzung der Sales-Relevanz
  • Übergabe qualifizierter Leads an unsere Sales Executives
  • Rückspielen von Kundenfeedback an das Team, um Prozesse und Kommunikation zu optimieren

Dein Profil

  • Freude an Kommunikation – besonders am Telefon
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in der Lead-Generierung oder in der Kundenansprache
  • Selbstsicheres Auftreten und klare, strukturierte Ausdrucksweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Spaß daran, Leads "zurückzuholen" und wieder zu aktivieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2), gute Englischkenntnisse für interne Zusammenarbeit
