Einleitung

Als Head of Product übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere Produkt-strategie, -organisation und -entwicklung. Du führst unser Product Team, entwickelst eine klare Produktvision und baust Strukturen auf, die nachhaltiges Wachstum ermöglichen.

In dieser Rolle berichtest du direkt an den COO/CPO und arbeitest eng mit Engineering, UI/UX Design, Customer Success, Customer Support und Sales zusammen. Du verbindest strategische Weitsicht mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke und stellst sicher, dass Impower als AI-first ERP Plattform für die Immobilienverwaltung kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird. Gleichzeitig gehst Du ins Herz der Entwicklung und bringst Dich als Product Owner in den Teams mit ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung einer klaren Produktvision und langfristigen Produktstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit dem COO/CPO
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die übergreifende Produkt Roadmap sowie Priorisierung strategischer Initiativen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Product Teams aus 5 Product Ownern sowie Aufbau skalierbarer Produktstrukturen und Entscheidungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung einer nutzerzentrierten, qualitativ hochwertigen und technisch realisierbaren Produktentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Ui/UX
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, um Anforderungen, Probleme und Nutzungskontexte zu verstehen
  • Integration von Markt- und Kundenfeedback und Wettbewerbsanalysen in strategische Produktentscheidungen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an komplexen Produktentscheidungen und Unterstützung der Product Owner bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Strategische Einordnung von AI-Funktionalitäten und Innovationspotenzialen innerhalb der Produktvision

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle einer SaaS Lösung
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich AI
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von Produktorganisationen
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer B2B oder SaaS Produkte, idealerweise ERP nah
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Immobilienverwaltung
  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, Teams zu führen, zu entwickeln und zu strukturieren
  • Ausgeprägte Entscheidungsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
