Als Remote Product Designer übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Schlüsselbereiche unseres Kernprodukts. In einem gut eingespielten, verteilten Setup arbeitest du eng mit unserem Head of Design, den Product Ownern und Engineers zusammen. Du verwandelst komplexe Workflows in intuitive Lösungen und treibst Designthemen hands-on voran.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das Produktdesign in zentralen Bereichen unserer Plattform – von der Problemfindung bis zur finalen Umsetzung
  • Übersetzung komplexer, datenintensiver Workflows in einfache, intuitive und skalierbare Nutzererlebnisse
  • Entwicklung von User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypen und hochwertigen UI-Designs
  • Erfolgreiche, asynchrone Zusammenarbeit im Remote-Setup mit Product und Engineering, um großartige Features zu veröffentlichen
  • Aktiver Beitrag zu unserem Design System, um eine hohe Konsistenz über die gesamte Plattform hinweg sicherzustellen
  • Proaktive Kommunikation deiner Design-Entscheidungen und aktives Einholen von Feedback (via Video-Calls, Loom und Figma-Kommentaren)

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Product Design in einem dynamischen Umfeld, idealerweise bei B2B- oder SaaS-Produkten
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Arbeit in Remote-Teams, mit starker Selbstorganisation und proaktiver Kommunikation
  • Starkes UX-Denken kombiniert mit exzellenten UI-Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit skalierbaren Design-Systemen
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Figma und Routine in der Nutzung moderner AI- und Prototyping-Tools
  • Du übernimmst Ownership für komplexe Probleme und treibst diese selbstbewusst und eigenständig bis zur hochwertigen Lösung voran
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
