  • Assist with large IT projects, including deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Ensure internal customer satisfaction by maintaining clear, timely communication on open IT requests

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (Okta, Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
