The posting

Als Accountmanager Infra bouw je bestaande infradeelnemers verder uit. Je vergroot projectinkoop, verhoogt het contractgebruik en helpt klanten hun inkoop slimmer te organiseren.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vaste portefeuille Infra‑deelnemers, die jij helpt om meer waarde uit onze contracten en leveranciers te halen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Unit Manager Buitenruimte, Projectinkopers en Inkoop, zodat infradeelnemers optimaal gebruikmaken van ons leveranciersnetwerk én hun projectinkoop via IncoNed laten lopen.

Ervaring

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Accountmanager, Relatiemanager of Adviseur in een B2B‑omgeving.
  • Sterke adviesvaardigheden: je kunt inkoopcijfers, projecten en condities vertalen naar een helder, concreet gesprek met infradeelnemers.
  • Affiniteit met data en CRM: je werkt gestructureerd, plant vooruit en houdt afspraken en kansen goed bij in HubSpot.
  • Proactieve, ondernemende houding: je ziet kansen bij deelnemers (projecten, extra volume, meer contractgebruik) en pakt ze zelfstandig op.

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Netwerk in de infrasector (infrabouwers, GWW‑aannemers, civiele aannemers, gemeentelijke opdrachtgevers).
  • Ervaring met inkoopcoöperaties, groothandels of leveranciers in Infra/buitenruimte.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Jij bouwt sterke, langdurige relaties op met infradeelnemers en kent hun projecten, tenderkalenders en planningen door en door.
  • Je signaleert onderbenutting van contracten en projectkansen en zet dit om in concrete acties: extra bezoeken, projectinventarisaties en gerichte voorstellen richting deelnemers.
  • Je adviseert deelnemers over inkoopoptimalisatie: welke contractpartners, productgroepen en bundelingen leveren de meeste besparing, marge en gemak op.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met Projectinkopers en Inkoop om condities, staffels en assortimentskeuzes goed aan te laten sluiten op de praktijk van jouw infradeelnemers.
  • Je houdt je CRM strak bij: elk bezoek, elke kans en elk project staat in HubSpot, zodat rapportages, forecasting en sturing kloppen.
  • Je levert input over kansen in de inframarkt, nieuwe productgroepen en mogelijke nieuwe contractpartners binnen Infra.
