The posting

Als startende projectinkoper Infra werk je nauw samen met een ervaren Projectinkoper en de Accountmanagers Infra. Je helpt bij het signaleren, registreren en uitwerken van projectkansen, het opvragen en vergelijken van offertes en het goed vastleggen van alle informatie in HubSpot en ondersteunende tools. Zo leer je stap voor stap hoe je projecten bundelt, goede deals voorbereidt en deelnemers helpt hun projectinkoop via IncoNed te laten lopen, in lijn met het Buitenruimte‑actieplan om het aantal projecten per deelnemer te verhogen.

Ervaring

  • 0–3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, inkoop‑ of projectmatige functie (bijvoorbeeld werkvoorbereiding, inkoopondersteuning, sales support, junior projectmanagement).
  • Affiniteit met Infra/GWW‑projecten of een technische/bouwkundige omgeving.
  • Basisgevoel voor cijfers en offertes: je vindt het logisch om prijzen, staffels en condities te vergelijken en werkt netjes in Excel/overzichten.
  • Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkwijze: je kunt informatie en documentatie van meerdere projecten tegelijk goed organiseren.
  • Leergierige en proactieve houding: je durft vragen te stellen, pakt acties op en vindt het leuk om mee te lopen met een senior Projectinkoper in gesprekken met deelnemers en leveranciers.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je helpt projectkansen vast te leggen en up‑to‑date te houden in HubSpot: je zorgt dat projecten, volumes, status en betrokken partijen duidelijk zijn.
  • Je ondersteunt bij offerte‑aanvragen: je verzamelt specificaties, vraagt offertes bij leveranciers op en helpt bij de vergelijking van prijs, condities en leveringsafspraken.
  • Je bereidt projectgesprekken met deelnemers voor samen met de senior Projectinkoper en Accountmanager Infra (informatie verzamelen, scenario’s uitwerken, bundelmogelijkheden in kaart brengen).
  • Je signaleert, met hulp van collega’s en data, waar bundeling van projectvolumes mogelijk is om betere condities te realiseren bij contractpartners.
  • Je houdt documentatie en afspraken rondom projecten netjes bij, zodat uitvoering, facturatie en rapportages soepel verlopen.
  • Je leert de contracten, productgroepen en belangrijkste infra‑leveranciers kennen en bouwt zo kennis op om op termijn zelfstandig projecten te kunnen begeleiden.
