Sua Missão será, administrar a demanda Analista Administrativo de Vendas PL, bem como:

1. Gestão de Pedidos: Responsável pela análise e acompanhamento de todo o fluxo de implantação a liberação dos pedidos, através da conferência das informações em sistema x negociação comercial, identificação de desvios, ações corretivas, análise de arquivos, relatórios e e-mails com o objetivo de garantir a assertividade das informações e excelência no atendimento ao cliente final.

2. Relatórios e apresentações: Elaborar e monitorar os relatórios e apresentações gerenciais, desenvolver e compartilhar dashboard e fluxograma com as demais áreas da empresa e clientes externos, por meio de informações sistêmicas, análise crítica dos cenários organizacionais, reuniões e e-mails, assegurando as informações para as tomadas de decisões das demais áreas e melhorando a produtividade e eficiência do departamento.

3. Identificar pontos de melhorias: Identificar e desenvolver melhorias sistêmicas e no processo de recebimento de informações até a liberação dos pedidos, através de abertura e acompanhamento de chamados, validações das tratativas feitas pelo time de TI e revisões dos procedimentos, tornando os processos mais eficientes com foco em redução de risco e aumento da performance.

4. Ponto Focal – Soluções de Ocorrências e Particularidade de Operações: Apoiar o time de Vendas em relação as dúvidas operacionais e solucionar ocorrências relacionados aos processos de vendas da respectiva área de atendimento, realizando interface com os departamentos envolvidos, a fim de assertividade nas informações e apresentando soluções eficientes.

5. Manutenção de Preços (Mensais): Realizar a rotina de alteração de PTAX (preço), para os pedidos que se enquadram no tipo de negociação FMB e M-1, através de controles, ajustes sistêmicos mensais e reuniões de alinhamento com o time interno, assegurando a negociação comercial e o cumprimento dos prazos para a conclusão das ações.

6. Treinamento e Desenvolvimento de Assistentes: Conduzir treinamentos dos processos administrativos para as assistentes e ao time de Vendas, através de reuniões, simulações e preparação de apresentações, com objetivo de padronizar os processos, assertividade das informações inseridas em sistema e garantir a qualidade de todos os fluxos internos.

Requisitos:

Superior completo em Administração, Logística ou correlatas;

Vivência em rotinas administrativas;

Pacote office intermediário, especialmente Excel;

Conhecimento em sistemas Protheus ou SAP será um diferencial;

Ingles intermediário.
