Sua Missão será, administrar a demanda de Assistente de Suporte de TI:

  • Gestão de Incidentes

Identificar, registrar, categorizar, através dos chamados técnicos, os incidentes da área de suporte.

  • Gestão de Problemas

Acompanhar, identificar, registrar, categorizar, e dar suporte aos problemas na infraestrutura e sistemas de TI através de sistema de gestão de chamados.

  • Gestão de Ativos e Configuração

Controlar o ciclo de vida útil dos equipamentos, responsáveis/ Usuários, diretos, notas fiscais, softwares instalados, configurações aplicadas, licenciamentos, entre outros. Auxiliar os usuários com questões de login, conectividade de rede, configurações de software e hardware, entre outros.

  • Treinamento e Orientação:

Fornecer treinamento básico aos usuários sobre o uso adequado de hardware e software. Orientar os usuários sobre as melhores práticas de segurança cibernética, como proteger e evitar phishing. Realizar Integração do T.I aos novos colaboradores.

- Formação em andamento em Técnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou correlatas;

- Conhecimento básico e familiaridade com suporte técnico;

- Conhecimento básico de hardware e principais recursos de software;
