Objetivo / Función General del Puesto:

Asegurar la correcta implementación, seguimiento y continuidad de los planes, proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas de Procter & Gamble gestionados a través de Industrias Ales, actuando como punto de conexión entre ambas organizaciones. Monitorear integralmente el desempeño del negocio, transformar información comercial en análisis y recomendaciones accionables, identificar oportunamente desviaciones, riesgos y oportunidades, y promover planes de acción que contribuyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos por P&G.

Funciones específicas:

  • Liderar el seguimiento de los proyectos, iniciativas y planes de trabajo de P&G implementados en Ales, asegurando cumplimiento de cronogramas, entregables, responsables e indicadores establecidos.
  • Monitorear la implementación y ejecución de los planes estratégicos y comerciales definidos para las categorías y marcas de P&G, identificando brechas entre lo planificado y lo ejecutado.
  • Analizar periódicamente ventas, tendencias, cumplimiento de objetivos, desempeño por canal, cliente, categoría, marca o producto y demás variables relevantes, identificando causas raíz detrás de desviaciones y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Convertir información y datos comerciales en conclusiones relevantes para la toma de decisiones, proponiendo planes de mejora y acciones correctivas frente a desviaciones detectadas.
  • Administrar, consolidar y asegurar la calidad de los reportes requeridos por P&G, garantizando consistencia de la información y generando análisis que complementen los datos presentados.
  • Dar seguimiento a la correcta ejecución de planes comerciales y de Trade Marketing de P&G, incluyendo promociones, descuentos, actividades en punto de venta, lanzamientos, iniciativas por canal y otras acciones definidas para el desarrollo del negocio.
  • Actuar como punto de enlace permanente entre P&G y las diferentes áreas de Ales, facilitando información, coordinando requerimientos y asegurando que los compromisos asumidos tengan continuidad hasta su cierre.
  • Identificar anticipadamente riesgos, retrasos o desviaciones que puedan afectar los objetivos de P&G, escalándolos oportunamente y movilizando a las áreas involucradas para establecer planes de acción.
  • Mantener mecanismos estructurados de seguimiento a acuerdos, responsables, fechas y avances, asegurando el cierre efectivo de los compromisos establecidos entre P&G y Ales.
  • Articular con Ventas, Trade Marketing, Logística, Finanzas, Planeación y demás áreas involucradas para asegurar la ejecución integral de las iniciativas y proyectos.
  • Evaluar el impacto de variables como precios, descuentos, promociones, inversión comercial, inventarios, cobertura, distribución, sell-in, sell-out y ejecución en punto de venta sobre los resultados del negocio.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar procesos, reportería, mecanismos de seguimiento y formas de trabajo relacionadas con la gestión del negocio de P&G dentro de Ales.

Requisitos

  • 2 años en posiciones similares en empresas de consumo masivo
  • Estudios universitarios en marketing, administración o afines
