Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten: Erhalte umfassende Einblicke in die kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Aspekte der IT-Welt und begleite Projekte von der Planung über die Angebotserstellung bis zur Umsetzung beim Kunden.
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden: Lerne, Kundenanforderungen zu analysieren und passende IT- Lösungen wirtschaftlich und verständlich zu präsentieren. Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Auswahl von Hard- und Software sowie beim IT-Vertragsmanagement.
  • Kosten- und Leistungsübersicht: Entwickle ein Gespür für die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge hinter IT-Prozessen. Du hilfst dabei, Angebote zu kalkulieren, Budgets zu überwachen und IT-Investitionen zu planen.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Organisation: Verstehe die internen Abläufe eines IT-Dienstleisters und lerne, wie man Kunden, Technikteams und Lieferanten erfolgreich zusammenbringt.

Dein Profil

  • Interesse an IT und Wirtschaft: Du begeisterst dich für Technik – aber auch für Zahlen, Prozesse und clevere Lösungen im Hintergrund.
  • Erfahrung mit IT oder kaufmännischen Aufgaben: Ob du privat schon PCs zusammengebaut hast, ein Schulprojekt zur Digitalisierung betreut oder ein gutes Händchen für Organisation zeigst – dein Engagement zählt.
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationstalent: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist offen und kannst dich gut in andere hineinversetzen – besonders, wenn es darum geht, technische Themen verständlich zu erklären.
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise: Du hast Freude daran, Abläufe zu analysieren, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative: IT-Systemmanagement ist vielseitig – mit deiner Neugier und deinem Engagement findest du dich schnell in neue Themen ein.
