Estamos à procura de um(a) SAP SuccessFactors Compensation para integrar a nossa equipe da Inetum SAP Business Line. Se você busca um ambiente onde as pessoas são valorizadas e o cliente está no centro das nossas ações, essa é a oportunidade ideal para você!

🔹Principais Responsabilidades:

• Executar o design detalhado de todos os requisitos, com foco no Compensation Module usando uma abordagem clone e limpa.

• Durante a fase Build, executar todas as atividades de configuração necessárias.

• Organizar, gerenciar e executar autonomamente os testes de projeto necessários (testes de não regressão, testes de regressão, testes de integração de sistemas e testes de aceitação do usuário).

• Preparar atividades de cut-over e implantar as alterações na produção.

• Gerenciar toda a documentação do projeto (documentos de design de solução global, manual de configuração, pastas de trabalho, materiais de treinamento do usuário final e todos os tipos de documentação de teste).

• Conduzir sessões de transferência de conhecimento e treinamento do usuário final.

Qualificações

  • Experiência sólida e comprovada em SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • Inglês avançado para conversação e atendimento a clientes internacionais.
  • Soft Skills: Flexibilidade, adaptabilidade, agilidade, orientação ao cliente, proatividade, autonomia, organização e planejamento, orientação à solução.

Informação adicional

• Disponibilidade para atuar no fuso horário europeu (06h às 15h, horário de Brasília).

• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma 100% remota.
