Descripción del empleo

Objetivo del cargo

Participar como referente funcional en el equipo Scrum para la ejecución, validación y certificación de pruebas asociadas a proyectos de información tributaria (Reportería fiscal, DIAN y otros entes de control), garantizando la calidad, consistencia y trazabilidad de los datos reportados.

Funciones principales

  • Diseñar y ejecutar casos de prueba funcionales sobre desarrollos relacionados con reportes tributarios y regulatorios.
  • Validar la integridad, consistencia y calidad de la información generada en medios magnéticos y reportes y certificados tributarios.
  • Analizar bases de datos y cruces masivos de información para identificar inconsistencias.
  • Apoyar la definición de reglas de reportería fiscal y criterios de aceptación en coordinación con el equipo de trabajo.
  • Documentar hallazgos, gestionar incidencias y realizar seguimiento hasta su cierre.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas y normativas vigentes.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Excel avanzado (indispensable): manejo de tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas, cruces masivos, validación y depuración de datos.
  • Bases de datos: Preferiblemente manejo de SQL y consultas sobre grandes volúmenes de información.
  • Conocimiento en reportes fiscales (Información exógena).

Formación

Profesional en Contaduría, Administración, Finanzas, Economía o carreras afines. Deseable especialización en tributación o analítica de datos.

Competencias

  • Alta capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
  • Orientación a la calidad y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo ágil y bajo presión.
  • Comunicación clara para interactuar con diferentes equipos
