Descripción del empleo

Tenemos una nueva vacante abierta en la que buscamos incorporar un/a Desarrollador/a Java con conocimientos en Genesys Cloud, que participará en el análisis, desarrollo y evolución de aplicaciones Java EE integradas con la plataforma Genesys Cloud, así como en la prestación de soporte técnico al cliente.

La persona seleccionada participará en la configuración y evolución de soluciones basadas en Genesys Cloud.

Responsabilidades:

  • Análisis, diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones Java EE.
  • Desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones integradas con Genesys Cloud.
  • Desarrollo y configuración de flujos mediante Genesys Architect.
  • Configuración de enrutamiento ACD, scripts, bots e informes.
  • Desarrollo e integración de APIs y servicios web REST.
  • Desarrollo tanto backend como frontend.
  • Resolución de incidencias y soporte técnico al cliente.
  • Colaboración con equipos técnicos y de negocio.

Requisitos

Se requiere una experiencia mínima de 3-4 años en desarrollo, trabajando con las siguientes tecnologías:

Genesys Cloud

  • Desarrollo y configuración de flujos mediante Architect.
  • Configuración de enrutamiento ACD.
  • Scripting.
  • Bots.
  • Reporting.

APIs y servicios web

  • Experiencia en utilización y desarrollo de APIs REST.
  • OAuth2.
  • SSO.
  • JSON.

Backend

  • Experiencia en desarrollo con Java.
  • Conocimientos de Spring Boot, valorables.

Frontend

  • Angular.
  • HTML.
  • CSS.
  • JavaScript.

Bases de datos

  • SQL / NoSQL.
  • PostgreSQL.
  • MySQL.
  • MongoDB.
  • JPA.
  • Liquibase.

DevOps

Se valorarán conocimientos y experiencia en:

  • CI/CD.
  • Docker.
  • Kubernetes.
  • Helm.
  • HashiCorp Vault (HVault).

Cloud

  • Experiencia trabajando con AWS y/o Azure.
  • Conocimientos de dMZR, valorables.

Control de versiones

  • Git.
  • GitHub / GitLab.

Competencias

  • Buena capacidad para establecer y gestionar prioridades.
  • Autonomía y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interlocución.
  • Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente tanto con equipos técnicos como de negocio.
  • Orientación a la resolución de problemas y al cliente.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo Java Full Stack.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos de Genesys Cloud, muy valorable.

Idiomas

  • Inglés: requerido.
  • Francés: valorable.
