Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Développeur IA Sénior talentueux et passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique sur Bordeaux. Vous serez au cœur de la transformation IA de la DGA Tech, travaillant sur des cas d'usage concrets et visibles. Vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à des projets innovants en utilisant notre socle AIDEX, vous permettant de ne pas partir de zéro et de maintenir un rythme de travail sain, axé sur les démonstrations plutôt que sur des tunnels de développement interminables.

Responsabilités :

  • Qualification des Cas d'Usage : Collaborer avec le Product Owner (PO) pour qualifier les cas d'usage à assister par agent IA, tels que les irritants de la Guilde, les sondages, etc.
  • Conception des Workflows : Concevoir les workflows, prompts, règles métier et garde-fous nécessaires.
  • Développement : Développer sur le framework interne d'IA agentique.
  • Intégration : Brancher les agents aux outils via API, événements et connecteurs.
  • Test et Évaluation : Tester, évaluer et documenter les solutions développées.
  • Présentation : Présenter la valeur livrée lors des démonstrations AIDEX.
  • Maintenance et Évolution : Maintenir et faire évoluer les agents publiés.

Compétences Requises :

  • CI/CD - Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (4/5) : Solide expérience en intégration continue et livraison continue.
  • GitLab (3/5) : Bonne maîtrise de GitLab pour la gestion de code et les pipelines CI/CD.
  • Generative AI - Prompt Engineering (3/5) : Compétences en ingénierie de prompts pour les modèles d'IA générative.
  • Generative AI - Prompt Chaining (3/5) : Expérience en chaînage de prompts pour des applications d'IA générative.

Qualifications

Profil Recherché :

  • Compétences en Développement Logiciel : Solide bagage en développement logiciel, intégration d'API, automatisation et orchestration de workflows.
  • Connaissance des Outils CI/CD : Familiarité avec les chaînes CI/CD et l'écosystème Jira / GitLab, Artifactory.
  • Expérience en IA Générative : Pratique ou fort appétit pour les approches IA générative, telles que les LLM, agents, RAG. Une première expérience est nécessaire.
  • Prototypage Rapide : Goût pour le prototypage rapide, avec une sensibilité à la qualité et à la sécurité.
  • Communication : Plaisir à vulgariser des concepts techniques et à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
