Description du poste

Inetum recherche un(e) Développeur/Paramétreur SharePoint H/F pour l'un de ses grands comptes à Bordeaux. Vous intégrerez l’équipe permanente et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable technique pour assurer le support, les paramétrages et la maintenance courante de la plateforme collaborative.

Missions principales :

  • Prendre en charge les demandes utilisateurs et les incidents du périmètre.
  • Réaliser les opérations d’administration fonctionnelle et les paramétrages autorisés.
  • Mettre en œuvre les modèles, webparts et workflows retenus.
  • Participer aux correctifs, aux montées de version et aux tests.
  • Tenir à jour les tickets, les procédures et les documents utilisateurs.
  • Capitaliser les solutions et contribuer à la suppléance du responsable technique.

Compétences attendues :

  • Expérience opérationnelle de SharePoint sur site.
  • Paramétrage des sites, bibliothèques, listes et autorisations.
  • Diagnostic et support utilisateur.
  • Réalisation de tests et rédaction de procédures.
  • Respect du standard Microsoft et des règles de sécurité.

Livrables et contributions :

  • Paramétrages documentés.
  • Tickets renseignés et solutions tracées.
  • Fiches de tests, procédures et guides utilisateurs.
  • Contributions à la base de connaissances.

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté sur SharePoint, autonome sur les opérations courantes, avec un sens du service et une capacité à transmettre ses connaissances.
