Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Expert(e) Kafka / Confluent pour rejoindre un projet stratégique de construction d’un nouveau socle d’échange de données d’entreprise.

🎯 Votre mission : participer à la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’industrialisation d’une plateforme basée sur Apache Kafka Open Source et Confluent.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Installation et configuration de clusters Kafka / Confluent
  • Administration, monitoring et supervision
  • Sécurisation des échanges et gestion des habilitations
  • Optimisation des performances
  • Mise en œuvre de Kafka Connect
  • Gestion des connecteurs producteurs/consommateurs
  • Automatisation et industrialisation des déploiements
  • Gestion des configurations et évolutions de schémas
  • Définition des normes et bonnes pratiques
  • Documentation technique et dossiers d’exploitation
  • Accompagnement des équipes et transfert de compétences

Qualifications

Apache Kafka | Confluent | Kafka Connect | PostgreSQL | Hadoop HDFS | Datastage | Teradata

Des connaissances sur IBM Change Data Capture et WebMethods seront également appréciées.

Les enjeux

Vous interviendrez dans un contexte de transformation autour de la Data et du temps réel, avec notamment des problématiques de migration de flux existants vers Kafka, de remplacement de traitements batch, de réplication PostgreSQL et de construction d’une plateforme capable de monter en charge.

Profil recherché

Vous disposez d’une expertise confirmée sur Kafka / Confluent, avec une réelle maîtrise des problématiques d’architecture, d’exploitation, de performance, de sécurité et d’industrialisation.

Autonome, rigoureux et pédagogue, vous êtes également à l’aise pour accompagner les équipes et transmettre votre expertise.
