¿Te apasiona transformar interacciones complejas en flujos elegantes? En Inetum no solo configuramos herramientas y plataformas; diseñamos el futuro de la comunicación. Buscamos a un/a Consultor Experto/a en Genesys Cloud y, por qué no, con experiencia si es posible también en Avaya, que quiera llevar la automatización y el enrutamiento al siguiente nivel.

Tu Desafío: El Impacto de tu Rol

Como pieza clave de nuestro equipo de consultores de Omnicanalidad, tu misión será:

  • Arquitectura de Vanguardia: Diseñarás y mantendrás flujos complejos en Genesys Cloud Architect, convirtiendo la lógica de negocio en experiencias fluidas.
  • Ingeniería de Enrutamiento: Implementarás estrategias avanzadas (Skills-based routing, Bullseye, mecanismos de reserva) para que cada cliente llegue siempre al experto adecuado.
  • Conectividad Total: Crearás y darás soporte a integraciones críticas mediante APIs y Data Actions, conectando Genesys con sistemas externos vía REST.
  • Omnicanalidad Real: Optimizarás la configuración de canales de voz y digitales para una experiencia 360°.
  • Excelencia Operativa: Garantizarás la estabilidad de la plataforma y liderarás la resolución de problemas de alto nivel, impulsando siempre la automatización.

¿Qué buscamos en ti? (Tu ADN)

  • Experiencia Real: Al menos entre 3 y 5 años “subido al ring” específicamente con Genesys Cloud
  • Mente de Transformación y Personalización: Dominio experto de Architect y configuración de enrutamiento avanzado que enamore al cliente.
  • Perfil Tech-Savvy: Sólida base en integración de sistemas (APIs/REST) y si es posible conocimientos de programación (JavaScript, Python o similares).
  • Cloud Native: Entiendes los fundamentos de la nube y la seguridad como la palma de tu mano.
  • Idioma: Capacidad para trabajar en entornos internacionales (Nivel de Inglés B2 o superior).

Requisitos

  • Certificación en la plataforma Cloud de Genesys (GC-CX).
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en la implementación de BOTs con tecnología Genesys Cloud (Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flow. Intent Miner,…)
  • Experiencia en integraciones de soluciones de IA/ML, modelos LLM y sistemas conversacionales (Google Dialogflow, Nuance MIX, LUIS, Copilot)
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas con Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) para la gestión y administración de infraestructura ASP R6.0 (Avaya Solutions Platform) y sistemas AES.
  • Valorable experiencia en la implementación de proyectos con otras soluciones CCaaS Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Voice, Cisco, Odigo,..
  • Deseable Licenciado en Informática o Telecomunicaciones.
  • Experiencia en entornos Agile y Scrum
