Description du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de ses infrastructures de virtualisation, notre client recherche un ingénieur VMware VCF pour renforcer son équipe spécialisée VMware au sein de l'entité CXV.

Vous interviendrez sur des environnements stratégiques à forte volumétrie et participerez à la conception, l'évolution et l'optimisation des plateformes de virtualisation basées sur les technologies VMware Cloud Foundation.

Conception et déploiement d'infrastructures

  • Déployer, administrer, exploiter et faire évoluer les infrastructures VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 5 et VCF 9)
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des changements sur les plateformes de virtualisation
  • Concevoir et définir les architectures techniques dans le cadre de nouveaux projets

Performance, observabilité et sécurité

  • Diagnostiquer les incidents liés aux infrastructures de virtualisation
  • Assurer le capacity planning des environnements
  • Garantir la sécurité des plateformes VMware
  • Réaliser des analyses de performance à l'aide de VMware Aria Operations

Expertise technique et support

  • Administrer l'ensemble de la stack VCF
  • Accompagner le RUN sur la gestion des incidents critiques (P0/P1)
  • Valider les aspects techniques des projets (architecture, chiffrage, faisabilité)

Accompagnement et relation client

  • Assurer l'interface technique avec les clients
  • Réaliser des transferts de compétences auprès des équipes d'exploitation
  • Produire un reporting régulier sur l'avancement des projets

Amélioration continue

  • Automatiser les tâches récurrentes
  • Participer à la veille technologique
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et méthodes d'exploitation

Documentation

  • Rédiger les documents d'architecture et de sécurité
  • Produire les procédures de changement et de mise en production
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des projets et des infrastructures

Qualifications

Expérience

  • Bac+5 ou équivalent en informatique
  • Entre 5 et 7 ans d'expérience sur les infrastructures VMware
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience sur VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
  • Expérience significative dans des environnements complexes et en mode projet
