Descripción del empleo

Objetivo del Rol:

Liderar la definición funcional y estratégica de proyectos de alta complejidad transaccional para la Fábrica Digital. Será el puente entre las necesidades de negocio (Cash y Fiducia) y el equipo de tecnología, asegurando entregas continuas bajo metodología ágil (Jira/EMCs) y manteniendo una rigurosa calidad en la definición de flujos y criterios de aceptación.

Responsabilidades Principales

Definición Fiduciaria y Transaccional: Diseñar los flujos de usuario y reglas de negocio para operaciones de alto volumen, garantizando trazabilidad contable y seguridad.

Gestión y Control en Jira: Mantener el Backlog priorizado, refinado y al día. Detectar y alertar stoppers o dependencias de manera temprana.

Relacionamiento Estratégico: Interctuar con las áreas de Riesgos, Operaciones, Contabilidad y Seguridad para asegurar que las definiciones cumplan con los estándares del banco, la fiduciaria y de la Superfinanciera.

Pruebas y Certificación (UAT): Diseñar los casos de prueba clave y dar el Visto Bueno (Go/No-Go) funcional antes del paso a producción.

Requisitos

Experiencia en el Sector Financiero:

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Product Owner o Líder Funcional en entidades bancarias, fiduciarias o fintechs de primer nivel.
  • Experiencia comprobable en grandes proyectos de transformación digital, integración o migración de sistemas Core.
  • Dominio de soluciones de recaudos, pagos masivos, dispersión de fondos, servicios ACH, PSE y portales empresariales.
  • Productos Fiduciarios: Conocimiento sólido en Fondos de Inversión Colectiva (FIC), Patrimonios Autónomos y Encargos Fiduciarios.
  • Transaccionalidad y Motor Operativo: Entendimiento profundo del ciclo de vida de la transacción (cierre diario, valoración de unidades, distribución de rendimientos y afectación contable/operativa).

Metodología, Herramientas :

  • Dominio Avanzado de Jira: Capacidad para estructurar épicas, redactar Historias de Usuario detalladas con Criterios de Aceptación técnicos/funcionales indiscutibles y mantener la higiene total del Backlog (al estilo PMO).
  • Desglose por EMC: Habilidad para fragmentar proyectos grandes en Entregas Mínimas Comerciables (EMCs) que generen valor rápido sin comprometer la arquitectura ni el riesgo.
