Descripción del empleo

Inetum busca incorporar un/a Sr. Account Manager para liderar la actividad comercial en varias cuentas del sector Energy&Utilities.

FUNCIONES:

  • Será responsable de cumplir con la cuota asignada, tanto en venta nueva como en venta recurrente, en sus cuentas asignadas dentro del sector Energy&Utilities.
  • Apertura, seguimiento y defensa de proyectos así como la negociación de los mismos.
  • Gran conocedor del cliente y sus procesos de negocio.
  • Buen nivel de contactos y excelente reputación tratando con los C levels.
  • Será responsable de controlar el cumplimiento de los compromisos contraídos con el cliente, preocupándose, junto con el equipo de delivery, de preservar los márgenes establecidos.
  • Deberá conocer a fondo la cultura de cliente y entender sus necesidades para diseñará la mejor solución que de respuesta a las mismas, estableciendo relaciones de confianza.
  • Aportará conocimiento de los modelos de transformación digital de los clientes en su mercado.
  • Se deberá adaptar a la forma de trabajo y de reporting que Inetum tiene establecida para su desempeño.

Requisitos

  • Se requiere al menos 5 años de experiencia en venta consultiva de proyecto y servicios IT hacia el sector Energy&Utilities.
  • Perfil proactivo, con pasión, con iniciativa y que tenga tanto la capacidad como la ambición por gestionar eficazmente y hacer crecer las cuentas y el Sector Energy&Utilities.
  • Con capacidad de crecimiento en el corto-medio plazo, aportando valor añadido al cliente a través de una venta de valor, con talento, experiencia y una actitud basada en el esfuerzo y el compromiso.
  • Orientada a la venta consultiva, con buena red de contactos y proximidad al cliente, que sea capaz de aportar valor añadido a las ofertas, y orientada a resultados.
  • Capacidades comerciales, de preventa y experiencia de trabajo con equipos de ventas en entorno multinacional.
  • Orientado a resultados., Demostrado liderazgo, Capacidad analítica y de síntesis sobre información financiera y de negocio iniciativa y espíritu innovador.
  • Excelente capacidad de trabajo en equipo para coordinar actividades con otros departamentos.
  • Personalidad, que aporte valor en la compañía, con visión estratégica al corto, medio y al largo plazo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Idiomas: Inglés alto (B2-C1).
