Atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução de aplicações Full Stack, com forte atuação em Java no Back-End, contribuindo também no Front-End com Angular, além de participar de atividades de sustentação, troubleshooting, observabilidade, melhoria de performance, segurança e resiliência dos ambientes.

O profissional deverá atuar de forma protagonista e autônoma, sendo capaz de investigar problemas, identificar causas-raiz, propor soluções e conduzir as atividades técnicas necessárias sem depender de acompanhamento constante.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver, manter, refatorar e evoluir aplicações utilizando Java e Angular.
  • Atuar na análise crítica de código, identificação de débitos técnicos e proposição de melhorias.
  • Investigar e solucionar incidentes e problemas técnicos, buscando atuar na causa-raiz e não apenas em correções pontuais.
  • Atuar em aplicações novas e legadas, contribuindo para modernização e evolução tecnológica.
  • Desenvolver e manter soluções utilizando Spring Boot e Spring Batch.
  • Trabalhar com APIs REST e arquitetura baseada em microsserviços.
  • Contribuir para definição e evolução da arquitetura das aplicações.
  • Atuar em ambientes de desenvolvimento, testes, homologação e produção.
  • Realizar troubleshooting em aplicações e ambientes containerizados.
  • Apoiar a análise de problemas relacionados a containers, Pods, recursos e disponibilidade das aplicações.
  • Trabalhar com Docker e Kubernetes, incluindo análise de manifestos, health checks, logs e comportamento dos workloads.
  • Utilizar Rancher para monitoramento, gestão e troubleshooting dos ambientes.
  • Atuar com práticas de observabilidade, análise de logs, métricas e indicadores de saúde das aplicações.
  • Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à cultura SRE, disponibilidade, resiliência e prevenção de incidentes.
  • Trabalhar com Requests/Limits, saúde de containers e capacidade dos ambientes.
  • Atuar na identificação e correção de vulnerabilidades de segurança e débitos técnicos.
  • Participar de iniciativas de atualização tecnológica e obsolescência sistêmica.
  • Contribuir para otimização de imagens Docker e esteiras de CI/CD.
  • Atuar em práticas de DevSecOps, qualidade de código e análise automatizada.
  • Participar de refinamentos, discussões técnicas e decisões relacionadas às soluções.
  • Trabalhar de forma próxima ao time de Desenvolvimento, QA e demais integrantes da squad.
  • Apoiar a evolução da cultura de engenharia de software e qualidade técnica.
  • Utilizar recursos de Inteligência Artificial Generativa para apoiar desenvolvimento, refatoração, testes e produtividade.
