Deine Herausforderung bei uns

  • Koordination und Überwachung der Bearbeitung von Reklamationsfällen unserer Marktpartner und Kunden
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Klärfällen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
  • Laufende Statuspflege und Aktualisierung von Übersichten und Berichten über offene und erledigte Klärfälle

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – auch Berufs- und Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Affinität für strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeit
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein, um eigenständig Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine klare, freundliche Ausdrucksweise

Diese Position ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung voraussichtlich für ein Jahr befristet. Eine Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis kann je nach zukünftiger Unternehmensentwicklung und Bedarf geprüft werden.
