Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in implementing ERP solutions for healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should have worked on healthcare products such as Eka Care, HealthPlix, or similar hospital/clinic management platforms and must have participated in successful real-world implementations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in implementing and deploying Healthcare ERP or Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
  • Strong understanding of hospital, clinic, and healthcare operational workflows.
  • Good knowledge of EMR/EHR, patient management, appointment scheduling, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and inventory management modules.
  • Strong product knowledge of healthcare software solutions and hospital management systems.
  • Sound ERP knowledge, including business process mapping, requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, user training, and go-live support.
  • Experience working directly with healthcare clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Proven track record of successful implementations in live production environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with products such as Eka Care, HealthPlix, Practo, MediBuddy, or similar healthcare technology platforms.
  • Exposure to clinic management systems, hospital management systems (HMS), or Healthcare ERP products.
