Job Opportunity: Project Management Associate

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience: 2-10 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Work Mode: On-site

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Management Associate who is highly organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering results. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and love working with cross-functional teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
  • Define project scope, allocate resources effectively, and set realistic timelines
  • Track project milestones and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth project execution
  • Identify and eliminate roadblocks through proactive problem-solving
  • Manage project risks, maintain detailed documentation, and resolve issues promptly
  • Continuously drive process improvements to optimize team performance
