Vi söker dig som under många år har hjälpt organisationer att genomföra komplexa transformationer där affär och människor utvecklas tillsammans. Du är en senior managementkonsult med stark affärsförståelse och kommersiellt driv som brinner för att hjälpa organisationer att skapa hållbara resultat genom transformation.

I rollen kombinerar du affärsutveckling med leverans av komplexa transformationsinitiativ hos både nya och befintliga kunder. Du arbetar nära ledningsgrupper, CXOs och andra seniora beslutsfattare för att forma och driva komplexa transformationer som stärker organisationens förmåga att nå sina affärsmål. Du bidrar också till att utveckla vårt erbjudande inom Business & People Transformation och stärker vår position som en strategisk partner till våra kunder.

Din erfarenhet ligger i linje med några av följande områden:

  • Operativmodeller och organisationsdesign
  • Program- och projektledning inklusive business case och portföljstyrning med hög genomförandekraft
  • Verksamhetstransformation och nya arbetssätt drivna av digitalisering med mätbar effekt
  • Ledningsstöd och rådgivning till CXOs och andra seniora beslutsfattare
  • Omorganisationer och andra större verksamhetsförändringar
  • Försäljning och affärsutveckling inom management consulting

Bakgrund och erfarenhet

  • Har över 10 års erfarenhet som managementkonsult eller motsvarande senior ledande roll under del av tiden.
  • Har en stark affärsförståelse och god förmåga att analysera strategier, affärsmodeller och organisatoriska förutsättningar.
  • Är van att agera rådgivare till ledningsgrupper, CXOs och andra seniora affärsledare.
  • Har god förståelse för AI, People Tech & Analytics samt digitala transformationer.

Affärsutveckling

  • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utveckla affärer och driva försäljning inom management consulting.
  • Är skicklig på att bygga relationer och skapa förtroende hos kunder och kollegor.
  • Personliga egenskaper;
  • Är samarbetsorienterad och trivs i komplexa miljöer med många intressenter.
  • Är trygg i att leda komplexa transformationer och skapa engagemang hos både ledare och team.
  • Motiveras av att utveckla både affärer, kollegor och våra erbjudanden.
  • Har lätt för att skapa förtroende och bygga långsiktiga relationer.

Utbildning och språk

  • Har en akademisk examen inom ett relevant område som stödjer din expertis.
  • Är van att arbeta på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
