Vi söker dig som har arbetat några år som managementkonsult inom Business & People Transformation eller People Tech & Analytics – eller har en kombination av båda. Beroende på din profil, ser vi gärna att du har arbetat med:

Att leda och stödja komplexa transformationsinitiativ där struktur, samordning och genomförande är avgörande för framgång. Du trivs i roller där du får skapa transparens, koordinera flera intressenter och bidra till att strategi engagerar och omsätts till konkreta resultat.

Och/eller:

Att stödja och genomföra initiativ inom People Tech & Analytics – från förstudie och analys till design och implementering. Du trivs i gränslandet mellan affär, människor och tech och har förmåga att omsätta behov till lösningar som leder till beteendeförändringar och skapar affärsvärde.

Din expertis ligger i linje med några av nedan områden:

  • Business & People Transformation
  • PMO, Program- och projektledning, Portföljstyrning, Förstudier och Business Case
  • Organisationsutveckling, operativmodeller
  • Förändringsledning
  • HR Transformation, People Tech & Analytics
  • Processutveckling, Kravställning
  • Strategisk kompetensförsörjning (Strategic Workforce Planning) och/eller Bemanningsplanering (Workforce Management)

Bakgrund och erfarenhet

  • Har 2–5 års erfarenhet som managementkonsult och en dokumenterad förmåga att skapa värde genom framgångsrika kundleveranser.
  • Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i komplexa transformationsinitiativ tillsammans med kunder och tvärfunktionella team.
  • Har erfarenhet av att omsätta analys till konkreta rekommendationer och genomförbara lösningar.
  • Har erfarenhet av AI-verktyg och tjänster.

Affärsförståelse och affärsutveckling

  • Har god affärsförståelse och förmåga att koppla initiativ till verksamhetens mål och prioriteringar.
  • Har erfarenhet av att bygga förtroende och samarbeta med olika intressenter i komplexa miljöer.
  • Trivs i konsultrollen och motiveras av att skapa värde för kunder genom analys, struktur och genomförande.

Personliga egenskaper

  • Har ett analytiskt och datadrivet arbetssätt.
  • Är samarbetsorienterad och trivs i miljöer med många intressenter och högt tempo.
  • Är nyfiken, strukturerad och trygg i att arbeta med både detaljer och helhetsperspektiv.

Utbildning och språk

  • Har en akademisk examen inom ett relevant område som stödjer din expertis.
  • Är van att arbeta på både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
