  • Design pre-, at-, and post-show programming to extend engagement and value across the full event lifecycle
  • Oversee poster sessions, abstract submissions, and research presentations to ensure academic and scientific rigor
  • Identify, vet, and secure speakers and subject matter experts; manage disclosures, bios, and conflict-of-interest checks
  • Use attendee feedback and market insights to continually refine programming

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Oversee on-site program logistics, including scheduling, moderators, AV coordination, and troubleshooting
  • Provide oversight of the Xcelerate start-up competition
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Events, Operations, and Product teams to ensure integrated, well-promoted programming
  • Manage program budgets, including speaker honoraria and production costs; negotiate speaker fees in accordance with fair market value guidelines
  • Manage vendor and production partner relationships

Measurement & Reporting

  • Define KPIs for content and sponsorship success; report performance to senior leadership
  • Conduct post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
