Position Purpose: The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality digital and creative products for IO’s internal and external audiences, including graphic design, multimedia, video, photography, web and social media content. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, the role works collaboratively with the Design Lead to apply IO’s brand and creative standards. The role manages the end-to-end delivery of assigned creative projects, from concept and planning through production and post-production. The role also creates and maintains website and intranet content using IO’s content management systems, working within established templates, components and design systems while applying UX/UI, accessibility, French language and visual identity requirements. What You Will Do:
Design high-quality visual assets for IO’s digital channels including website and social media, digital campaigns, corporate reports presentations and print materials.
Develop video, photography, motion graphics and other multimedia content for IO’s digital channels and communications initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling digital and visual communications.
Support the ongoing maintenance and development of content for IO’s external website and intranet, including publishing content, creating graphics and multimedia assets, and maintaining visual consistency.
Support digital campaigns by developing creative assets and monitoring engagement and performance metrics.
Manage, organize, and update photography, video, and other digital assets within established content management systems and processes.
Coordinate external vendors and creative service providers as required.
Identify opportunities to enhance digital communications, user experience, and content effectiveness through continuous improvement and emerging technologies.
Who You Are:
Diploma or degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Web Development, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
Several years of experience producing and managing content across multiple digital communications disciplines, including graphic design, web, social media, video, photography, and multimedia communications.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated digital content and creative assets for a variety of platforms and audiences.
Proficiency with creative design and multimedia production software, content management systems (CMS), and digital publishing tools.
Strong understanding of digital communications, user experience (UX), web accessibility standards, and content development best practices.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder relationship management skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,700 to $116,600 (P4 level), pay will align with skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate. This posting will close on October 19, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
