Description du poste

Pour les besoins du siège d’Actierra, nous recherchons un Assistant Commercial (F/H) en CDI à Rueil-Malmaison (92), poste rattaché à la direction d’Actierra.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Veille commerciale

  • Veille commerciale sur EXPLORE pour identifier les appels d’offre en lien avec nos activités de prestations intellectuelles en environnement ;
  • Mise à jour de tableaux de différents suivis (commercial, prospection, etc.) ;
  • Mise à jour de base commerciale via des outils comme Salesforce, Explore ;
  • Vérification de la cohérence entre les différents outils.

Préparation des réponses aux appels d’offres (France et International)

  • Constitution des dossiers de réponses aux appels d'offres en France et à l’international (candidatures et offres : partie administrative);
  • Collecter l’ensemble des informations provenant des intervenants techniques et financiers et compléter les offres pour la partie administrative et présentation générale ;
  • Suivi et mise à jour de CV et références techniques ;
  • Garantir le respect des procédures internes et des critères administratifs fixés par les cahiers des charges.

Assistanat classique

  • Gestion des agendas et des déplacements, aide à l’organisation d’évènements (salons professionnels ou autres) ;
  • Courriers, prises de RDV, organisation de voyages y-c à l’étranger (réservations) ;
  • Traitement de courriels reçus ;
  • Rédaction et mise en forme de documents, présentations ;
  • Commandes de fournitures.

Qualifications

De formation BAC+2/3 en assistanat de gestion ou formation équivalente, vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d'expérience en assistanat en bureau d'études ou dans le secteur de l’environnement ou du BTP.

La connaissance de la préparation de réponses d'appels d'offres à des marchés publics est primordiale pour réussir à ce poste, ainsi qu’une parfaite maîtrise d’EXCEL et des outils de base de données.

Vous avez un bon niveau d'expression orale et écrite en français. Bonnes notions en anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Vous disposez d’une bonne maîtrise des outils Pack Office et tout particulièrement Excel, Word et PPT. La connaissance des logiciels MS Project et Salesforce serait un plus.

Votre rigueur, votre aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle, votre gestion des priorités et votre curiosité seront des atouts essentiels au quotidien dans votre fonction.
