Description du poste

Intégré(e) à l’unité Alpes Centre Est, rattaché(e) à Lyon (69) et basé(e) sur site client, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de 650 ingénieurs et techniciens. Le poste est rattaché au service "Management de projets Rhône-Alpes".

Rattaché(e) au Chef de service, vous aurez en charge le suivi global des projets de bâtiment pour des clients privés et industriels, sur des missions d’Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (AMO). Vous serez l’interlocuteur principal de nos clients sur vos projets.

Vos principales missions :

  • Interlocuteur uniquement du client
  • Gestion des projets pluridisciplinaires : administratif, technique, financier, relationnel, intervenants, etc.
  • Pilotage des consultations (Diagnostics, géomètre, géotechnique, CSPS, bureau de contrôle, Maître d'œuvre, entreprises, contractant général, …)
  • Organisation et coordination des études tous corps d'état (pilotage des ingénieurs spécialistes des différents services techniques en phase VISA ou AVIS MOA)
  • Interface opérationnelle auprès du client
  • Respect du budget et des délais
  • Conseils et assistance aux Clients sur les procédures, les montages contractuels (loi MOP, conception / réalisation, etc…), les techniques constructives, etc.
  • Planification générale
  • Économie (budgets d’opérations et estimations coûts travaux)

Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, depuis les phases de faisabilité et programmation, jusqu’à la réception des ouvrages, en passant par la consultation des maîtres d’œuvre et le suivi des études et des travaux.

Dans l’ensemble de vos missions, vous veillez au respect des règles de sécurité définies par le Code du travail.

Qualifications

  • Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur, d’architecte ou formation universitaire équivalente.
  • Expérience : Au moins 8 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, avec une expérience avérée en tant que Chef de projet sur des missions d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage, notamment sur des projets d’envergure (>100 M€), en phases études et travaux.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils Word, Excel et MS Project ; connaissances de base sur AutoCAD LT. La maîtrise de Primavera constitue un atout. Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, appréciée. Permis B requis. Connaissances des principes de Sécurité, Santé et Environnement (SSE) et des réglementations et normes en vigueur.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet : Vision généraliste tous corps d’état. Autonomie dans la conduite des missions. Excellentes capacités de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Connaissances juridiques de base (marchés de maîtrise d’œuvre et de travaux, projets de bâtiment). Capacité à piloter et coordonner une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire.
  • Savoir-être : Dynamisme, Rigueur, Proactivité.
  • Typologie de projets : Bâtiments industriels (manufacturing, chimie, métallurgie, traitement thermique), Plus ponctuellement : bâtiments tertiaires et publics (hôpitaux, aéroports, parkings).
