Description du poste

Etes-vous prêt à relever un défi captivant dans le monde de l'ingénierie ? Notre unité Alpes Centre Est (760 collaborateurs), recherche un stagiaire motivé et curieux dans le service Service Amont et Aval cycle Combustible composé de 19 personnes pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

L'objectif principal est d' accompagner un Chef de projet dans le pilotage opérationnel d'un ou plusieurs projets, en lien avec les équipes techniques, le client et les partenaires externes. Ce stage offre une immersion complète dans la gestion de projet en ingénierie, avec une montée en responsabilité progressive.

Les missions principales sont :

  • La coordination technique

Assister le chef de projet dans la coordination entre les différentes disciplines (structure, CVC, électricité, C&I, VRD…), assister aux réunions d'interface et contribuer à la traçabilité des décisions techniques.

  • L' appui au pilotage et à la planification

Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour du planning projet, suivre l'avancement des tâches et identifier les risques de dérive, en lien avec le chef de projet.

  • Le suivi documentaire

Mettre à jour et diffuser des documents de référence (notices, matrices de conformité, plans), et veiller à la bonne tenue de la documentation projet.

  • La relation client

Rédiger des comptes-rendus d'avancement (COPIL, reporting mensuel) et, selon les besoins, assister aux échanges avec le client.

  • La gestion des risques et de la qualité

Contribuer à l'identification des risques projet et au suivi des actions de mitigation, dans le respect des exigences qualité et des normes applicables.

Qualifications

  • ​​Elève 5ème année d'école d'ingénieur pluridisciplinaire, génie des procédés, énergie, ou gestion de projet
  • Avoir le goût pour le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; la connaissance d'outils de planification (MS Project ou équivalent) est un plus
  • Bon niveau d'anglais apprécié
