Description du poste

Au sein du pôle Bâtiment Durable d’ACTIERRA, rattaché au chef de service de l’équipe Calculs, Ernesto VELAZQUEZ, vous participerez aux différentes phases d’élaboration de projet et vous aurez notamment l’opportunité :

  • D’approfondir vos connaissances générales sur le thème de l'énergie et du développement durable, notamment sur les énergies renouvelables, les référentiels de certification HQE BD, BREEAM et LEED
  • De réaliser des études énergétiques sous PLEIADES (calculs thermiques, STD Confort, SED)
  • De réaliser des études diverses participant à l’évaluation de la qualité environnementale des constructions (ALJ, ensoleillement, etc.)
  • De réaliser des analyses de cycle de vie (Carbone) de bâtiment et des recherches comparatives sur la performance environnementale des matériaux (EMERSUS)

Les études seront réalisées sur différents types de projets : construction neuve ou rénovation ; industrie, enseignement, bureaux, …

Qualifications

Étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieurs ou à l’université (minimum Bac+4/+5), vous justifiez dans votre cursus universitaire d’une connaissance en bâtiment et en thermique.

Vous avez des notions en bioclimatisme ou portez intérêt aux études Carbone (ACV) / Energie.

Compétences souhaitées :

  • Pack Office : Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Logiciels Carbone : Vizcab, Emersus
  • Logiciel Energie : Pléiades, IES VE, Design Builder
  • Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et méthodologiques
  • Notions en AutoCAD et/ou REVIT

Votre rigueur, votre aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle et votre curiosité seront des atouts essentiels au quotidien dans votre fonction.

Des connaissances en data analysis et/ou en intelligence artificielle seraient appréciées

Rattaché(e) au pôle Bâtiment Durable, au sein de l’équipe Bâtiment Durable, le stage se déroulera dans les bureaux de Rueil Malmaison :

  • 🎯 Durée : 6 mois
  • 📅 Date de démarrage : février- Mars 2027
  • 📍 Lieu du stage : Rueil-Malmaison
  • 💰 Gratification : 1000 € à 1300 € brut selon niveau d’études + prime de fin de stage sur évaluation
  • 🍽️ Repas : RIE
  • 🚉 Transport : Remboursement à 100% de l’abonnement pour le trajet domicile-travail et/ou forfait mobilité durable (vélo)
