Description du poste

Votre lieu quotidien de travail sera situé à l’agence de Marseille.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur adjoint Mobilité France, vous participerez à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale de la Direction Mobilité ainsi qu'à celle du pôle.

Vos principales missions seront :

Analyse stratégique et développement commercial

  • Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses sectorielles sur les activités de mobilité.
  • Identifier les tendances, opportunités et nouveaux relais de croissance.
  • Participer à la cartographie des clients, donneurs d'ordre et partenaires stratégiques.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et à l'actualisation du plan d'actions commercial.

Pilotage et performance commerciale

  • Concevoir et mettre à jour des tableaux de bord de suivi de l'activité.
  • Participer à la définition d'indicateurs de performance commerciale (KPI).
  • Analyser les résultats commerciaux et formuler des recommandations.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils et méthodes de pilotage existants.

Appui aux actions de développement

  • Préparer des supports d'aide à la décision et de reporting à destination du management.
  • Participer à l'organisation et au suivi de certaines actions commerciales stratégiques.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la structuration et le partage d'informations commerciales.

Qualifications

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en dernière année d'école de commerce, d'IEP, d'école d'ingénieurs ou en Master universitaire avec une spécialisation en stratégie, développement commercial, management ou ingénierie des transports.

Vous disposez des qualités suivantes :

  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Appétence pour les sujets stratégiques et le développement d'activité.
  • Aisance avec les données et les outils de pilotage.
  • Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
  • Curiosité pour les enjeux de mobilité, de transport et d'aménagement des territoires.
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint. Une connaissance de Power BI serait un plus.
