Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Home Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Gordonvale, QLD. Working closely with Project Managers, Sales Teams, the Community Manager, builders and trades, you'll help ensure every resident receives a high-quality home and an exceptional handover experience. This is more than a construction or administration role. You'll be the link between construction and customer experience, coordinating home deliveries, managing defects, conducting home demonstrations, and supporting residents as they settle into their new community. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of new homes, ensuring they meet Ingenia's quality standards and are ready for settlement Provide regular build progress updates, including photos and status reports, to keep customers informed throughout their journey Manage and coordinate defect rectification before settlement and throughout warranty periods Conduct engaging home demonstrations, guiding residents through home features, appliances, manuals, and community resources Work closely with builders, contractors, sales teams, project managers, and community teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
About You
Experience in property, construction, facilities, customer service, real estate, or a similar customer-focused environment Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and communicate confidently with customers, trades, and internal teams Highly organised and able to coordinate multiple homes, timelines, and competing priorities Detail-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and resolving issues proactively A natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences
