Accounting Specialist

Mission del ruolo

Garantire il corretto svolgimento dei processi amministrativi e contabili, assicurare il pieno rispetto della normativa vigente e supportare le diverse funzioni aziendali con proattività e nel rispetto dei tempi richiesti.

Principali responsabilità

· controllo del conto economico delle aree funzionali (centri di costo): analisi dell’actual, varianze rispetto al budget, supporto nella preparazione del Forecast.

· controllo dei progetti: avanzamento costi, scostamenti rispetto ai costi pianificati, supporto alla preparazione del forecast, preparazione della POC

· controllo dei conti patrimoniali legati alla parte passiva, quali fatture da ricevere e anticipi a fornitori, oltre alla gestione delle riconciliazioni intercompany, ratei e risconti

· supporto alla chiusura del bilancio civilistico e consolidato in collaborazione con il team Finance.

· gestione dei cespiti (creazione, dismissione e vendita)

· responsabilità del caricamento dei dati di reporting relativi al conto economico e allo stato patrimoniale.

· collaborazione trasversale per attività quali calcolo del Transfer Price, gestione libri inventari e dettagli per la nota integrativa.

Requisiti richiesti

Formazione

· diploma o Laurea in materie economiche

Esperienza

· esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5 anni maturata in mansioni analoghe e nell’ambito della contabilità e controllo di gestione in aziende strutturate

Competenze

· buona conoscenza della normativa civilistica e fiscale, con particolare riferimento a IVA e dichiarazione INTRASTAT per supporto operativo al team Finance.

· capacità di controllo e gestione contabile e con attenzione al dettaglio e precisione nel reporting.

· ottima conoscenza dell’analisi di dati economici e patrimoniali e nella preparazione di forecast e budget.

· capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con altre funzioni aziendali

· buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel, con capacità di utilizzo delle principali funzioni e strumenti di analisi dei dati

· sarà valutata positivamente la conoscenza di SAP R/3

Lingue

· Italiano madrelingua

· Inglese fluente

· La conoscenza dello spagnolo sarà considerata un plus

💰 Range retributivo annuo lordo previsto: €30.000 - €35.000, con bonus annuale legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi individuali e aziendali.
