The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca un/a Contract Manager para incorporarse al equipo de Legal & Insurances en sus instalaciones de Zamudio o Sarriguren.

Misión

Asegurar que los contratos asociados a proyectos relevantes de la compañía se gestionen correctamente durante todo su ciclo de vida, minimizando los riesgos legales y financieros mediante la adecuada identificación, seguimiento y documentación de las obligaciones contractualmente acordadas.

La persona seleccionada tendrá un papel clave en la prevención de riesgos, la protección de los resultados económicos de los proyectos y la coordinación entre las áreas jurídicas, técnicas y de negocio.

Funciones

  • Analizar en detalle contratos de clientes y subcontratistas (alcance, hitos, pagos, penalizaciones, garantías, variaciones, causas de suspensión/terminación, resolución de disputas).
  • Coordinarse con Legal, Negocio y otras áreas internas y, cuando sea necesario, con asesoría jurídica externa en asuntos precontenciosos o contenciosos.
  • Preparar y mantener actualizada la matriz de obligaciones contractuales, así como el calendario de hitos, entregables y notificaciones.
  • Realizar un seguimiento periódico de los contratos junto con los equipos de Project Management, áreas técnicas, Finanzas y Compras.
  • Asegurar el seguimiento y cumplimiento de las obligaciones asumidas por las partes durante toda la vigencia del contrato.
  • Detectar eventos contractuales que requieran notificación formal (retrasos, variaciones, fuerza mayor, etc..)
  • Anticipar posibles impactos financieros, legales y operativos derivados de la ejecución de los contratos.
  • Redactar y revisar comunicaciones contractuales: avisos, reservas de derechos, respuestas a clientes, requerimientos y propuestas de cambio.
  • Apoyar la estrategia de defensa frente a reclamaciones.
  • Estandarizar plantillas y contribuir a la mejora de los procedimientos internos de gestión contractual.

Requisitos

  • Grado o Doble grado en Derecho, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión contractual, preferiblemente en proyectos internacionales, industriales o tecnológicos.
  • Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés, C1 o superior.
  • Se valorarán positivamente conocimientos de francés, alemán o portugués.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
