The posting

La persona seleccionada apoyará diariamente al equipo de Health & Safety en tareas administrativas y de gestión relacionadas con seguridad y salud laboral. Sus responsabilidades incluirán, entre otras, apoyo en procesos de formación, coordinación de actividades empresariales, gestión de planificación y de EPIs.

Las tareas principales serán:

  • Registro, actualización y transferencia de datos entre sistemas.
  • Comprobación de requisitos y elaboración de informes de desviaciones.
  • Alimentación de indicadores y seguimiento de acciones.
  • Migración de datos de sistema antigüo hacia uno nuevo
  • Colaboración en la migración de los datos de la planificación de la actividad preventiva del sistema Smartsheet y Excel al entorno Portal No Conformidades.

REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES

  • Estudios de Grado Superior/Grado/Master en Administración.
  • Dominio de Euskera e Inglés.
  • Proactividad.
  • Dominio de ofimática.
  • No haber tenido experiencia laboral tras haber finalizado los estudios. La beca se realizará mediante la Fundación Novia Salcedo (3+3meses). Imprescindible para optar a la beca: ser menor de 30 años, no haber tenido contrato de empresa con alta en la seguridad social desde la finalización de los estudios superiores ni haber tenido otra beca (no cuentan como experiencia de beca las experiencias tenidas mediante los convenios de prácticas-proyectos realizados para la finalización del grado-master).

SE OFRECE: Posibilidad de realizar una beca de 6 meses a través de la Fundación Novia Salcedo (3 +3 meses). La persona incorporada trabajará en equipo junto con las personas del departamento, participando en los proyectos de la empresa, pudiendo conocer en primera persona el funcionamiento de la misma y adquirir una experiencia personal muy enriquecedora.
