The posting

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca un Technical Solutions Engineer para incorporarse al equipo del Dpto. Pre-Design de la Unidad de Negocio Traction Systems en Zamudio.

Misión: Desarrollar las soluciones técnico-económicas óptimas demandadas por el mercado, siguiendo las indicaciones del responsable del área y los procedimientos aplicables, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de cliente.

Entre sus principales retos cabe destacar el trabajo vinculado a:

  • Analizar los requerimientos técnicos de nuevas oportunidades.
  • Seleccionar topología inicial junto con el responsable del área.
  • Desarrollar los prediseños técnicos en todos sus aspectos (eléctrico, mecánico, térmico, hidráulico, control, comunicación…) para peticiones concretas de cliente con el objetivo de que sean técnica y económicamente competitivas.
  • Supervisar y orientar el diseño mecánico del producto de oferta.
  • Definir técnicamente los elementos externos e relacionarse con proveedores para cuestiones técnicas.
  • Cumplir el planning de prediseños establecido junto con el Gestor de Cuenta (KAM).
  • Preparar el documento final con la oferta técnica.
  • Realizar los cálculos económicos de las soluciones técnicas (Costes Recurrentes) y de los desarrollos asociados al producto (NRC).
  • Identificar los riesgos técnicos de los prediseños.
  • Desarrollar y mantener las herramientas de prediseño asignadas.
  • Conocer y colaborar con otras áreas del departamento técnico para la elaboración de prediseños (definición de filtros, recorridos, RAMS/LCC,…)

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería superior Electrónica/Eléctrica/Mecánica o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.
  • Inglés mínimo B2
  • Conocimientos de: Electrónica de Potencia y MS Office.
  • El perfil del puesto demanda una persona proactiva, con capacidad de trabajar en equipo, con flexibilidad, con habilidades de comunicación, con alta capacidad de aprendizaje y resolución de problemas.
